Dave Wilder is an artist, illustrator, designer, professional smart aleck and itinerant cat wrangler eking out a living among the tumbleweeds, cacti, sand, jack-ass rabbits and rattlesnakes of North Central Arizona.
His work tends to be about the West, the open road and the wild places he loves. He prefers tidy mythology over complicated history and will bore you to tears on the subject, given the slightest opportunity. As a dedicated practitioner of whimsy and a dabbler in the fantastical, his primary artistic goal is to make people laugh and think at the same time.
Dave owns no less than three Mickey Mouse watches and well over a dozen hats in various historic styles. Thanks for buying his art so that he doesn't have to get a real job.
