"I'm back in the saddle again, out where a friend is a friend,

Where the longhorn cattle feed on the lowly jimson weed.

I'm back in the saddle again!

Riding the range once more, totin' my old fourty-four,

Where you sleep out every night and the only law is right.

I'm back in the saddle again!"

New! Lower Shipping Rates for Prints and Posters

The Wilder Arts Print Store announces new, lower rates for domestic shipping. Most prints and posters will now ship anywhere in the US for just $8.00 to $12.00. Plus, shipping is still free on all orders of $200.00 or more.

We use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic shipping and rates have soared in recent months as new fuel surcharges have been added. Rather than raising our shipping rates further, we've decided to ship all of our unmatted/unframed posters and prints in crush-proof tubes. They'll arrive at your door in pristine condition, and several prints can now be shipped together for one low rate.

Visit the Wilder Arts Print Store to order.

The Imaginary West

My paintings are a joyous celebration of the images and icons of the American West. Whimsy, fantasy and surrealism are juxtaposed with traditional Western imagery to offer a new perspective on America's 'Wild West' mythology. My goal is to create a body of work that is fun, fresh and thought provoking.

I use watercolor because no other media can give me the glow and vibrancy that I'm after, and because it lends the work a certain storybook innocence. Getting the sharp-focus that I want is difficult with this medium, but I believe the results are worth it.
